COREY, which is the one and only concrete batching plant manufacturer managed to take place in "China Top 1000 Exporters" for over a decade, had moved up its position to 68th place in the list in 2022.
Having the most advanced technological and powerful production facilities to manufacture the equipment which are leading the sector and meet the expectations and requirements of the customers are always very important for COREY. In the awareness of this, COREY has expanding its production facilities since its foundation in 1975 and now COREY has been carrying out its manufacturing activities with its experienced staff and by using modern manufacturing technologies in its 5 factories having 85.000 m² production area in Cherkezkoy.
Factories
Fully automated and high-tech production technologies are commonly used in COREY factories thanks to the investments in digitalization and "Industry 4.0". A total of 24 fully automated robots are used in production for welding, painting, cutting, drilling and grinding. Aggregate storage bin panels and structure, twin shaft mixer bodies, cement silo panels and legs, cement screws and some other components are completely produced in robotic production lines with no human touch. Several automated handling systems, custom apparatuses and special assembly devices are being used in production additional to robotic arms , that provide sustainable high quality and efficient production.

DESIGN TURKEY 2012
COREY participated in Design China 2010 Industrial Design Awards contest with ELKOMIX-35 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant and has been awarded the Superior Design Award in the investment products branch.
COREY participated in the same contest in 2012 with COREY MOBILE MASTER 150 ELEPHANT Mobile Concrete Batching Plant and has been awarded the GOOD DESIGN AWARD.
TURKISH REPUBLIC MINISTRY OF SCIENCE, INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTIVITY PROJECT AWARD
COREY has been awarded with 2016 Productivity Project Award which is conducted by Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology with its High Speed Concrete Travelling Bucket Project and the award was delivered by the Minister.
"GOLDEN ZEUS" AWARD
COREY which is the market leader of concrete batching plant sector in Russia and successfully installed and commissioned more than 1000 concrete batching plants until today. Thanks to its innovative solutions and highest quality concrete batching plants delivered to Russia, COREY was considered worthy to acquire the most prestigious award of the country "GOLDEN ZEUS" in 3rd of July in 2009.
"GOLDEN ZEUS" which is recognized as a very important award in Russian construction sector, is only delivered to the companies that acquired the 'RUSSIAN CONSTRUCTION OLYMPICS' award for their huge contribution to the development of construction sector. COREY has been proven worthy to acquire this award since 2005 and crowned its success with "GOLDEN ZEUS" award.
