COREY R&D Center

All components of the concrete batching plants and block making machines are being manufactured in COREY factories. In this way, all products are being produced in accordance with COREY's high quality and safety standards. Moreover, product supply in a short period of time is possible even in bespoke projects thanks to flexibility in production.
With new investments made for digitalization of COREY factories, total number of robotic arms reached to 24 and there are many other automated high technology production systems developed in house. These robots are being used for welding, painting, drilling and grinding applications.
COREY Innovation Center generates new ideas, high-tech solutions, and developments that can be implemented in production and products. It includes R&D, laboratory and planning departments inside. The laboratory allows to make conclusions on the operational characteristics of materials and their compliance with high standards of COREY by conducting systematic analysis of materials on their wear resistance, strength, corrosion resistance, etc. Research and development activities are carried out by 40 highly qualified engineers, and the work of the Center is monthly monitored by scholars and professors from scientific research institutes.
